How does NU Projects work in Dubai?
We design the home, then tender, appoint and manage the contractors. One accountable team on your side.
Do you build the work yourselves?
No. Vetted contractors build it. We manage them on your side, for programme, cost and quality.
What is a concept study?
A visualisation of an idea for a home. It shows proportion, shade, structure and material. It is not a photograph of a finished home.
Where do you work?
Super-prime homes in Dubai. Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay Island and Dubai Hills Estate. Al Barari, District One, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Downtown too.

Who is the team?
Nick Jeffries founded NU Projects in London in 2010. The London studio covers interiors, architecture, cost and services. Bespoke joinery is by Cochrane Bespoke.
How is the price set?
Twice, in the open. A budget estimate first, from the brief and the site. Then a detailed cost plan from the drawings, and a tender. Provisional sums are named, not buried.
Do you have a Dubai office?
