Every choice is drawn, sampled and priced before the contract. Nothing is left to site.

Bespoke kitchens, joinery and furniture are made by Cochrane Bespoke.

02 · How it runs

The same order, every time.

  1. 01The brief. How you live, who with, and what each room has to do.
  2. 02The concept. The mood, the palette and the one move that makes the home.
  3. 03The detail. Layouts, joinery, stone and lighting, drawn and scheduled.
  4. 04The samples. Materials you can hold, before anything is ordered.
  5. 05The price. A detailed cost plan from the design. Then one contract.
  6. 06The finish. The same team builds it, then furnishes and styles it to handover.

Interior design can run alone, or inside a full renovation. Either way, it is priced in the open.
