This is NU at its most careful. Refined design, close coordination and high-quality craftsmanship, inside one of Dubai's best-known residential buildings. The finishes were chosen slowly. The bespoke details were drawn to suit the standard this address expects.

A new-build villa designed around how it performs, not only how it looks. Triple glazing, enhanced insulation, solar power and battery storage. Passive design principles carry a refined architectural brief. Comfort, efficiency and luxury were treated as one problem, not three.
