Your details, handled plainly.

The form asks for your name, where the home is and what it is. It asks for a reply address and a few lines about the home. When you press send, the page posts those details to our server. Nothing you type is stored on this website.

Our server passes the enquiry to the studio's enquiry system. That makes a record of it and alerts the studio on WhatsApp. If you gave an email address, we also record you in our enquiry list. That list is kept at Brevo, the email service we use. Brevo may also email a copy to the studio's inbox.

That email notes the address your connection came from. Our server holds that address for one hour to limit repeated sends. It writes nothing to disk. The form has a hidden field that must stay empty. It catches automated submissions and holds nothing of yours.

We use your details to answer you and to record the enquiry. We do not sell them. We do not pass them to anyone for their own use. Brevo and the enquiry system process them on our behalf and to our instructions. We keep them until you ask us to remove them.

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on your device, addressed to our Dubai number. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. What you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. We read it in the studio's WhatsApp, and this site never sees it.

This site sets no analytics cookies. It runs no tracking or advertising scripts. It does not measure who you are or where you came from.

A few files load from other services. The fonts come from Google Fonts. Three small animation scripts come from cdnjs and jsDelivr. When your browser fetches them, those services see your connection address. That is true of any file on the web. We send them nothing else.

Ask, and we delete. Email info@nuprojects.co.uk with the name and contact details you sent. We remove them from the enquiry list, the enquiry system and the studio inbox. Then we confirm by reply. You may also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
