03 · Approvals
Emaar approvals for an interior.
This is Emaar’s published route. Rules change, so we confirm it with Emaar Community Management first.
- 01The Emaar NOC. Emaar says any alteration to the villa has to be approved by Emaar.
- 02Inside and out. A kitchen renovation needs approval. So does any change to the villa or back garden.
- 03Garden works. Pergolas, carport extensions and pool rebuilds go through the same NOC.
- 04Contractor permits. Contractors then apply for entry permits through Emaar’s contractor portal.

On site, the community rules.
Working hours.
Emaar sets contractor hours of 8am to 5pm. No work on Sundays or public holidays.
Planting rules.
Trees must stand at least 1.5 metres from boundary walls. Damas trees are not permitted.

Emaar bars lights on top of boundary walls, or on their community side.
