- 02The design. Layouts, joinery, stone and lighting, drawn and sampled in London.
- 03The tender. Vetted fit-out contractors price the same drawings. We compare them line by line.
- 04Contractor selection. We advise. You choose. We appoint them and set a fixed programme.
- 05Cost control. Every change is priced, with a drawing, before you say yes.
- 06Site supervision. Quality checked against the drawings. A report every week, with photographs.
- 07Snagging. Before handover we check every room against the drawings.
- 08Handover. A handover pack. Defects followed up with the contractor, by us.
NU does not build in Dubai. Vetted contractors do the work. We manage them, on your side.
