We are villa interior designers for Dubai homes, working from London. Layouts, materials, lighting and joinery are decided before the price is fixed. Then we tender and manage the contractors for you.

A villa, designed room by room.
A villa is planned around how a family lives, room by room.
Kitchens, bathrooms and joinery decide where services go. So they are drawn first.
Every material is sampled before it is ordered. Nothing is ordered unseen.
Our current Dubai villa is a new build of 28,000 square feet, in progress.

How a villa interior is designed, from London.

- 03The detail. Layouts, materials, lighting and joinery, drawn and scheduled in London.
- 04The samples. Materials you can hold, before anything is ordered.
- 05The price and the tender. A budget estimate, then a cost plan. Then tendered prices from vetted contractors.
- 06The works, managed. We appoint and manage the contractors and specialists. A report every week, with photographs.
NU does not build in Dubai. Vetted contractors do the work. We manage them, on your side.

Do you design Dubai villas from London?
Yes. Every room is designed in London. We then manage the works to handover.
Which communities do you work in?
Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay Island and Dubai Hills Estate. Also Al Barari and District One.
Who makes the joinery?
Cochrane Bespoke, our joinery partner. Kitchens, wardrobes, libraries and media units.
Do you build the villa?
No. Vetted contractors do the work. We tender, appoint and manage them for you.
